Blerina Foto

Blerina Foto, born in Korça, Albania, is a professional violinist with a strong background in performance and music education. She graduated from the University of Arts of Tirana in 2006 with the highest grades. For over a decade, she performed as a violinist on a popular television show while also being an active member of renowned ensembles such as Camerata of Tirana and the Philharmonia of Tirana. She has taken part in numerous concerts in Albania and abroad, performing in Italy, France, Switzerland, and Greece.
Alongside her performance career, Blerina has dedicated herself to teaching, serving as a violin instructor at the Artistic School of Tirana, where she inspires and mentors the next generation of musicians.
In 2024, Blerina moved to Canada where she continues her career as a private violin instructor. Since January 2025, she is a member of Orchestra Toronto.
