Tickets
Tickets for individual concerts may be purchased at the Toronto Centre for the Arts box office or through TicketMaster. Please note that all sales are final; tickets are non-refundable.
Missed Performances
Unused tickets will be honoured at a future concert within the same series, subject to availability. Ticket holders are asked to call Orchestra Toronto at 416-467-7142 up to 48 hours prior to the concert.
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Contact the Orchestra Toronto office 416-467-7142 for replacement of lost concert tickets. Replacement tickets will be available at our Courtesy Desk one hour prior to the concert.

Children
Children must have a ticket and be able to sit through the concert in their own seats. Please use discretion in choosing to bring a child, as very young children can be disruptive to a performance. We regret that babes in arms will not be admitted into the recital hall.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in $10.00 increments and are accepted at face value for tickets only, and not for refreshments or boutique merchandise. Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Call 416-467-7142 to purchase our Certificates.
Handling Charges
There is a $2.00 per ticket charge on all exchanges. To cover mailing and handling costs there is a $5.00 Administrative fee per order (not per ticket) on all subscription orders
Patrons with Special Needs
George Weston Recital Hall at the Toronto Centre for the Arts Is wheelchair Accessible. Assisted Hearing devices are available
Latecomers
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance or at intermission
Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the recital hall
Recording Devices
Cameras, tape recorders, personal stereos are not permitted in the recital hall. Cellular phones, beepers, chiming digital watches must be switched off before entering the recital hall
Medical Emergencies and First Aid
Please contact our Patron Services representative if these services are required. Physicians on call should leave their name and seat location with one of our representatives
Lost and Found
Articles are returned to the Toronto Centre for the Arts Security Staff. Please call the Centre during regular business hours
Etiquette
As a courtesy to the performers and others around you, please refrain from talking or humming during the performance. Please withhold your applause until the conclusion of the concerto or symphony
Smoking
The Toronto Centre for the Arts is a smoke-free environment.
